Join fitness instructor Julie Eichler with Temple Fitness in an outdoor workout
focused on increasing your cardiovascular endurance, building strength,
improving coordination and balance, and increasing lean muscle mass. Fitness
is a love and life-long commitment for Julie Eichler. As a wife, mom of two girls
and a woman with 20+ years of weight training, yoga and Pilates experience,
Julie is excited to help clients view and treat their bodies as a temple. Julie is an
American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer.

The House now acts as a characteristic recreation venue with a vibrant tribute to Waxhaw history as its motif. Step inside and step back in time!

This workshop will walk your teen through assembling three meals they can pop in the freezer and cook at home rather than turning to fast food. All the prep work is done so your teens can simply assemble their meals, plus the mess is in their kitchen not yours!
