Public copies of incident and arrest reports may be obtained online at http://sheriff.co.union.nc.us/Summary.aspx, in person between the hours of 8 a.m.– 5 p.m. Monday & Friday and Tuesday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. or requested by email at police@waxhaw.com.

The following is needed to locate a report:
 - report number
 - name of person involved 
 - location of the incident and date
