Kaleidoscope Fest is Waxhaw's spring festival held in Waxhaw the weekend of Mother's Day, and welcomes the beginning of the festival season! Kaleidoscope features a wide variety of arts and cultures from around the world. The 2024 festival will be a one-day event on May 11th in the new Downtown Park from 10AM - 6PM

New for this year: KALEIDOSCOPE FESTIVAL WILL BE IN THE NEW WAXHAW DOWNTOWN PARK. VENDORS WILL BE SETTING UP WILL BE SETTING UP ON THE GRASS LAWN IN THE PARK.
There is no formal application for K Fest. All vendors must sign up to be on the waitlist to be considered for participation.

PLEASE NOTE: APPLYING TO BE ON THE WAITLIST DOES NOT CONFIRM REGISTRATION OR ACCEPTANCE. PLEASE REFERENCE THE NOTES BELOW.
Once the application period closes on April 11, vendors will be selected from the waitlist to be in the festival. You will be informed if you were selected or not by April 18, 2024. If you are selected, you will have until Thursday, April 25, 2024, to complete your event documents and make your payment.
If you fail to complete your documents or make payment by Thursday, April 25, your spot in the festival will be lost.

Chalk Art- Join Elle Walsh of CLT Chalk Art as she creates a masterpiece!
Build Your Own Bouquet Station- Come build a free bouquet for your mom for Mother's Day! Brought to you by the Town of Waxhaw and Flower by Reese.
Pump Track- Demos from Elephit going on throughout the day showing off their best skills!
Global and local bands will be featured all day long at the Amphitheater in our new Downtown Park.
10AM - 11AM: Family Story Hour with Ms. Deborah from the NC Storytelling Guild
11AM - 12PM: Kizomba Alegria Dance Company
12PM -1PM: Epiphony Acapella

- Shuttle 2: Lawson Clubhouse, State Employee Credit Union, & Community Corner
- Shuttle 3: Waxhaw Elementary & Shoppes at Millview
Shuttles will run every 45 minutes from 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
