Every person desiring to sell at retail or wholesale malt beverages or fortified and/or unfortified wine within the town limits of Waxhaw must obtain a Beer & Wine License.  An NC Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control permit must first be issued before a town license is given.  

The license runs from May 1 to April 30 each year.  An invoice and application will be mailed the beginning of April for businesses renewing.
