Waxhaw’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan

 

 As the region grows, Waxhaw is faced with increasing challenges to preserve the Town's unique charm, while serving the expanding needs of its residents and businesses.   To better meet these needs, the Town is updating its Comprehensive Plan to guide its growth.     This plan will examine emerging trends and needs and recommend strategies on a variety of issues including transportation, housing, recreation and cultural activities, the environment, utilities, and land use zoning.
